Translate Tutorials

We can all agree that Google has some of the coolest apps out there, hell I use Google several times a day for different reasons. Well one of the coolest features Google has, is the ability to translate complete webpages. I use this feature all the time, especially since I only know one language English, but also recognize that there is some seriously talented content out there in other languages. Take for example a very cool tutorial by the guys/gals over at Flash-MX.it who have put together a series of tutorials on Skinning Flash components. This is something I am interested in learning more about, only problem is I don't understand Italian. So what I do is:

  1. browse to the site and track down the page where the tutorial begins,
  2. copy the URL of the page to my clipboard
  3. then I paste the URL into a Google Search ( I use the Google Toolbar, but a the site works just as well)
  4. then when Google returns the page, it politely adds a link to [Translate this page] (I believe it uses your system language setting, but don't quote me on that).
  5. And wala.. I have the tutorial in English*

Note: Some translations don't carry over perfectly, so be understanding as you read through the text, as some things may sound out of place.

Enjoy!
