Okay so there's a ton of information out there on the web that's free and valuable resources for people learning Flash (Actionscripts.org, Ultrashock, Macromedia Dev Net, FlashKit etc...), all offering very good info. Flash Extensions, however...

"provide high quality video tutorials regarding Flash and other related technologies. The content is aimed to help those starting to build applications with Flash, those transitioning from a previous language or platform to Flash (i.e. Java or .NET), and/or those who wish to learn new techniques in programming on the Flash Platform."

The videos are very well done, the audio is very clean, and maybe most importantly, it nearly fills my monitor (1280x1024 resolution) so you're not staring at a thumbnail trying to figure out what the hell's going on. They have a wide range of videos, including some very helpful (and hard to find anywhere else) on design patterns in Actionscript, Classes, and even Eclipse

So swing by Flash Extensions, watch the videos, sign up for the mailing list so you can be notified of new additions and upcoming videos, and send them an email thanking them for the time and effort they have put into making a more educated community!
