Mike Chabmbers has posted a nice write up on Flash and Web 2.0. There have been numerous posts on every other blog claiming to define exactly Web 2.0 is. Mike (as always) does a great job of listing a number of considerations and why web 2.0 applications will not be limited to any single technology (including Flash)

Of course my favorite line is "Is a technology really cross-platform if you have to do a significant amount of extra work to make it that way? (that is not a rhetorical question).".
