It lets you export out a fully functional Flash movie and still has all the bells and whistles from the Flash 8 IDE. Seems kinda silly if they let you have a fully functional copy of flash for free for 6+ months. Maybe I'm wrong though... anyone else not have Flash installed already and able to get the beta download to run without a hitch? Are you sure about that?
