I am not very good with things like this, and I really need some help. Of course, I shouldn't probably say this, but I bought a copy off a guy, because I just can't afford to buy the actual software sold in stores. I need this desperately for my business, and the asshole that sold it to me won't help me. I'm getting the same "insert the disc" error message you spoke about in one of your posts. I don't know how to work the clean up thing, I don't know much about any of this. I just know that I have enough space, I closed all the other programs, I followed all the instructions but it's not working. Can you help me?
